AQUA TEAM ORGANIZES TRAINING SEMINARS IN SCR REBREATHERS
FOR DIVERS AND INSTRUCTORS

From April to October, Aqua Team organizes SCR rebreather diving seminars, for divers and instructors, using Submatix devices.

Rebreather diving holds many advantages compared to open circuits. First of all, noiseless diving truly helps us approach underwater life. Particularly in Greece, fish are afraid of diver’s noises, and Rebreathers offer a unique pleasure for your eyes, making them a number one choice for underwater photographers and videographers.

Secondly, a divers autonomy is greatly extended, at a degree impossible to achieve, even with a 18lt tank, all that with just one or two 2lt tanks.

The whole system doesn’t weight more than 15 kilos. The Submatix Rebreathers are easily adjustable on any BCD, thus increasing comfort, adjustment and ease, since we can use the BCD we know and trust.

Other advantages that add to our safety and enjoyment include warm breath and use of Nitrox.

Those who attend the Rebreather seminars will receive a PADI certificate. The instructors will get an extra 2 hours orientation and the coresponding outlines. So they’ll be able to forward to PADI and receive a corresponding instructor certificate.

The seminars are conducted at Aqua Team’s base in Loutra, on Kythnos island, which is all the more reason to apply!
